Choose the provider, model and reasoning level used for new customer replies. Models and reasoning levels come from each provider’s published catalogue. There is no substitution and no fallback: if the chosen model becomes unavailable the assistant stops answering that chat and hands it to a person rather than quietly swapping in another model.
Actions need a passkey check within the last few minutes. WhatsApp session changes take effect within about a minute.
